The underlying IOMMU_HWPT_INVALIDATE ioctl errno.

handled: u32

The kernel’s in/out entry_num after the failed call: the number of leading entries it reports as handled before the failure. See the caveat on IommufdCtx::hwpt_invalidate — this is unreliable for early failures and may equal the input count.
