Empty root of Linux’s EFI persistent memory reservation list.

The EFI stub installs this header before entering the kernel. Linux appends page-sized entries as drivers reserve memory that must survive kexec.

Number of reservation slots in this list node.

count: i32

Number of populated reservation slots.

next: u64

Guest physical address of the next list node, or zero.
