Nextest test filter expression.

If the VMM tests requires openhcl - specify a custom target for it.

VHDs to download

ISOs to download

§fail_job_on_test_fail: bool

Whether the job should fail if any test has failed

§artifact_dir: Option<ReadVar<PathBuf>>

If provided, also publish junit.xml test results as an artifact.
